This is the perfect size for the pre workout! One scoop pre workout + stainless steel cooler full of cool water = perfect concentration. It mixes the powder well and doesn't leak. I bought it in a package deal and highly recommend :)

Sweet little pick me up for afternoon snack. Great with icy cold water and plenty of ice.

Normally I love raspberry or grape but this flavour took me by surprise as the standout best of all of them!
